Absolutely loved this place, room was an excellent size loads of room best size I've ever had in Japan. The outdoor onsen was breathtaking when it snowed and every thing you needed was right there.Only thing was its a bit of a trek up to the main area restaurants etc but the hotel staff dropped us up at a restaurant for dinner we just stroled back down after and got very drunk in the karaoke room lol
The staff here were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us out. The rooms were beautiful, and the outdoor onsen was amazing.

I had a fabulous time staying at the Silk Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Onsen was fantastic. The room was clean, with an en-suite, albeit a small bathroom but functional.The breakfast was great and the seafood cooked by the chef for dinner was delicious. The bar located in the basement was cozy and a great spot for a night cap.. I will certainly be back for the winter season as the hotel is only a short walk to the slopes.
We loved the location! 200 metres to clip in and snow board. The staff were extremely helpful with booking restaurants and taxis. The hotel, rooms and onsen were very clean.
“The Private Onsen” ( private open air hot spring ) quite large private onsen where you can relax while watching starts at night. this is the most liked part of our stay. also you can see the Madarao ski resort from your room window.
